Day1: Arrive at Uganda

Today, you will arrive at Entebbe international airport, meet and greet our company representative who will usher you into your 10 days travel in east Africa. The briefing will cover all aspects of the trip, and also the nations you are to visit.  You will be driven to your lodge for check-in, refreshment, dinner and a nap.

Day2: Kampala to Bwindi impenetrable NP

Wakeup for breakfast at 7:00 am. In 30 minutes time, an 8-9 hour Journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National park starts, with the view of the lush vegetation, Ankole Long horned cattle, rolling hills and busy towns. There will be an enroute stop over at the Equator for Lunch and photography. You will proceed with your journey to the lodge, arriving at sunset for dinner and a nap.

Day3: Gorilla trekking

Start your day with a cup of coffee, and thereafter, you will go to the park headquarters for a pretrekking briefing by the expert ranger guide. Gorilla trekking lasts for approximately 1-8 hours depending on how far the apes have moved and your trekking speed. The ranger guides explain the trekking dos and don’ts, what to expect during your walk, as the forest is with other primates such as the white and black Columbus monkeys, vervet monkeys, chimps and more. Upon locating them, you are given an hour allowance for photography and to take a close look into the pose of the gentle silverbacks. Lunch is in the forest, and then you will return to the lodge late in the evening for dinner and a nap.

Day4: Bwindi to Nakuru Np

At 5:00 am, you will have your breakfast, as the Journey starts very early in the morning. You will transfer to Entebbe international airport, where you will get a flight to Nairobi Kenya. Lunch will be at the equator where you will relax and have some photos at the equator. Upon landing at Nairobi, our company representative will meet and brief you about the trip, and then you will fly to Masai Mara. Arrive at your lodge at dark, and check-in for late dinner (optional) and overnight.

Day5: Birding and Transfer to Masai Mara  

At day break, wakeup to a mouthwatering breakfast meal at the lodge. Thereafter, you will head for a 3 hour bird watching from 07:00 hrs. This is time to identify the different bird species in their nests, tree branches. You may encounter among others; the ostriches, flamingos, regal sunbird, and more. After bird watching, you will return to the Lodge for checkout. In the next 5 hours, you will be on road to Masai Mara reserve. Masai Mara reserve is one of the worlds most visited national parks, with variety of flora and fauna. Throughout your Journey, you will uncover the life of the Kenyans, their food, plantations, infrastructure, and the vibrant cities. Lunch is enroute, and you will arrive at the lodge in the evening for a check-in, dinner and overnight.

Day6: Full day Game drive  

At day break, pick your packed Lunch, camera, binoculars and all that must be used for the Game drive and head to the wilderness for a full day Game drive around the Mara River and the open savannah area. A day when you seek to uncover the animal Kingdom, ruled by the bravest of all the animals-the lions. Warthogs, zebras, Rhinos, leopards, waterbuck, jackals, gazelles, Buffaloes, elephants, hippos, crocodiles, cheetah, hyenas, wildebeest, giraffes, are among the many park residents to lookout for. There is no assurance of what animal will come your way, though what is clear is by sunset, you will have known what transpires in the animal kingdom.

Day7: Transfer to Serengeti NP

Start your morning with a cup of coffee, and then check-out of the lodge to Serengeti national park. This road trip lasts for about 6-7 hours, with document verification at the boaderpost and Lunch thereafter. You will get to your lodge in the evening, check-in and retire with dinner and a nap.

Day8: Game drive and cultural tours

At 7:00, you will have breakfast served. When satisfaction is attained, go for a 3-4 hour game drive in the seroneri region with lots of flora and fauna. Serengeti National Park is the host of one of the world’s natural wonders; the great wildebeest migration with over 2million animals inclusive gazelles and zebras heading to Masai Mara reserve for fresh pasture annually. The ranger guide will help you explain the characteristics of the different park residents such as the hippos, crocodiles, leopards, lions, elephants, Rhinos, and more.

After Game drive, you will have a Lunch break, and thereafter follow with a cultural tour with the Masai people. The Masai People will take you around their manyattas, herds, and also entertain through songs, stories and dance. End this day with dinner and overnight.

Day9: Transfer to Ngorongoro crater-Sunset Game drive

First thing in the morning is energizing yourself with a tasty cup of coffee. Thereafter, you will depart for Ngorongoro crater; a 4-5 hour drive with the view of the breathtaking landscape, and plantations. You will arrive at your lodge and check-in for Lunch. At about 5pm, you will have a briefing on the night game drive, and then you go on a 3-4 hour adventure in search for those animals that take advantage of the dark to hunt or feed. You might chance the sound or sight of among others; the lions, leopards, owls, Hippos, hyenas, cheetah, gazelles, elephants, bats, wildebeests. Afterword’s, you will return to the lodge for refreshment, dinner and overnight.

Day10: Nature walk and departure

Start your day with a glass of Juice and coffee at the lodge. Thereafter you will follow with a 3 hour Guided nature walk at the summit of one of the world’s largest land caldera. The nature walk not only will you stretch and take photos, but also draw close to mother nature, where you get to identify the different plants, birds, primates, and the Animal hideouts. After time in the wild, you will return to the lodge to check out for a departure to your next destination.
