Lemala wild waters resort is a place to escape to for holidays, honey money, family retreat, or just a weekend get-away. It is located in Kalagala Island, in the midst of a riverine rainforest at the shores of River Nile – Africa’s longest river. The facility has the type of warm weather you need; amenities such as the swimming pool, Wi-Fi, restaurant, in-house services, active bar, open air bathtubs, lots of activities, and airport shuttles.
On your 3 days visit, there are lots of adventure activities to engage in from check-in time; this includes site seeing, spot fishing, white water rafting, bungee Jumping and horse riding. The activities are at an addition charge from the room charge. From the eastern Jinja city, you will use a boat to get to the island and off the island.
Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Check-in at Lemala Wild waters resort
Today, our company representative will gladly meet and welcome you to the pearl of Africa. Thereafter, you will be transferred to Jinja city and to the landing site on the shores of R. Nile. You will cross with a boat to Kangulumira area on an island where the facility is located. It is approximately 3km from the main land. Check-in is from 14:00 hours and there is welcome juice to settle you in the hotel.
Use this evening to chill by the pool side, enjoy the beautiful waterfall views, or swim. Your lunch and dinner can be enjoyed at the resort, and then a peaceful nap.
Day 2: Bungee jumping / white water rafting and horse ride
After breakfast, the choice is yours to choose what activity to keep you busy. You can either pick white water rafting which is not for the faint hearted, or bungee jumping. Facing the water waves is in levels, and you can decide to face up to the most powerful of rapids within 5 hours or a mild adventure.
Lunch follows the morning activities and just before sunset, you may decide to do horse riding adventure or boat cruise to source of R. Nile. It is all about you as your relaxation must be maximized. End this day with dinner and sweet slumber in the comfort of your cozy bedding.
Day 3: Departure
After a peaceful sleep, you will wake-up for breakfast at about 09:00 hrs, and there after check-out for your departure back to Kampala / Entebbe. Our company representative will gladly drive you to the airport or any other agreed drop-off point to mark the end of your safari.
